Leadership Development

We educate, equip and empower leaders and staff to better understand and support the individuals and families they serve. We work with faith-based, community-based, and school-based leaders to facilitate growth, understanding, and competency in supportively engaging others, specifically youth and their families. Our areas of focused growth potential include increased awareness and knowledge in mental health including the intersection of human development and family systems. We are also able to strengthen intercultural engagement through the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Through tailored assessment, planning, training, and coaching, we build sustainable positive change in your team leading to competent and compassionate excellence in leadership, service and care.

our clients

Below are examples of individuals, just like you, who reached out and said we need something more.

Our pastors keep encountering situations with youth that we do not know how to handle. Can you help us be better prepared to know how to best support youth, particularly adolescents?

Our coaches don’t always see the emotional and mental side of the kids. They are focused on the sport and team development. Can you help us raise awareness around youth mental health and how cultural backgrounds influence youth and team dynamics?

Our staff have been asking for support to know what to say and how to help when someone in our office is struggling. We lost a team member to suicide after a long struggle with addiction. Can you help us understand mental health, especially substance use and suicide? Can you help us figure out how to be a safe and trauma-informed workplace?

I am a senior pastor, and parents often come to me or my staff for support with their children’s behavior. Our staff have a general understanding of good parenting skills and general youth development. Could you help us understand child and adolescent development more thoroughly, how to spot youth mental health challenges, and how to locate local mental health resources for referral?
